Southwest Adventure: Update

We made it off the plane and home safely, but when I came home I found a lovely little travel voucher in my mail box along with a nice letter from the head of marketing for Southwest. They explained what happened to the plane and apologized for the inconvenience. They hoped that free air fair could make up for my stress and...it did!!! :)
