Elevate 2008 update

Camp has gone very well. Pastor Earl spoke last night and this morning. Last night he taught our campers how to hear God's voice. This morning he taught about the difference between taste and worth when it comes to peoples value. I'm always suprised at how well the campers respond to God's love. I shouldn't be, but its always overwhelming to see the Lord at work in people's hearts.

Round 2

Marie and I are a mere 12 miles away from the site of our Junior High summer camp. The camp for High School was great and I know that another wild week is in store for all! Ill update as much as possible but I'm not sure about the camp's wifi setup so you might be stuck with more picks from my phone.

One of the best parts of this summer camp has been the community we have experienced with the staff of Sandy Creek Bible Camp. We can't say enough to express how wonderful they have served lift student ministries.

We just had a soccer match between our staffs. It was well played and hard fought. The winner was lift 6-5.

Skit night

We just finished skit night and some how a dance party broke out. The worship songs just began and there is a high level of expectancy amoung the campers. Can't wait to see what happens in the next few hours!!!
