Update & Tummy Time

This week has been super crazy so I haven't had time to update much. As far as work goes, we are busy reworking and rethinking so many things. I'm loving my new job!

In the Ella department I also have good news. She has had a few good days in a row. She's sleeping and eating better and she should na laughing any day now. Here is a pic from Monday while she was enjoying tummy time.
